I have lived here for the past few days behind Chiba. This hotel is relatively new. Compared with the previous two, the room is not very big, but the facilities inside have everything. There is also a dehumidification air purifier. All in all, the price is quite good. It is attached at the station. It's a 5-minute walk.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.

I booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places.
The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view.
The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

It was convenient and close to the station.
Also, I am very grateful that the parking lot is 700 yen and you can freely enter and exit the parking lot.
The room felt old, but it was clean.
You can choose your amenities next to the elevator, and it was nice to be able to choose what you needed as much as you needed.
The cost performance is good, so I would like to stay here again when I come to Makuhari area ♪

The windows in the room were very large and open, the room was spacious, the bath and toilet were separate, and we could use the high-quality lounge whenever we wanted within the hours, so we were very satisfied with just that and would like to come back for a relaxing vacation.
There was a little bit of noise from the floors above and in the hallways, but we were very satisfied!!

Stayed on a heavy snowy day in Kanto. The room was beautiful, the large communal bath on the 9th floor & open-air bath was the best, and the amenities were substantial and very satisfying ♪

Use it for GW in family.
Dinner (tavern) seems to be eaten at the restaurant until late at night.
Facilities It is clean in a new building. There is free coffee, paid laundry, ice making machine, and hot spring at the front desk. The hot spring was available from ５ hours, so it is also used in the morning.
Rooms There are chairs, tables and standlights, and they are well equipped to work and study.
The size is perfect.
Dining Because it is a menu of business hotels, there are several types of Japanese food, Western food, and (no fruit)
i think the front desk was good.
It was a comfortable hotel that I wanted to stay again. Especially the public bath was a hot spring, so it was the best!
It was used for the consecutive holiday, but there was no appearance that the front desk and the meal were abnormally crowded.

GGuest UserIt is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station. The exterior of the hotel was Art Deco style, and the interior felt a little over-decorated. The hardware is a little old, but the hospitality of the staff was good. There is a cake shop and bakery in the hotel so you can buy a little snack. I didn't use the restaurant, but it seems that there were guests. This was the first hotel to have a towel to wipe the wet body at the entrance and exit in the rainy weather, and I thought it was a very good service. The small TV and safe in the room was a minus point.

GGuest User蘇我スポーツ公園のイベントの為22m3スーペリアツインに4連泊しました。お部屋はゆっくりくつろげましたが、以前口コミに投稿されていた排水溝の黒カビと浴槽周りの赤カビはいまだに改善されていませんでした。また他にも色々目につく部分もありましたが目をつぶることにしました。ただ、流石に空気清浄機が埃まみれだったのは交換してもらいました。 ランチで食堂もやっているしシェフのアレンジでなどうたっているので密かに期待をして朝食付きプランにしましたが、メニューは２日おきに変わる鮭と鯖の焼き魚(?)温めるだけの業務用スクランブルエッグやマカロニサラダ、ひじきや蒟蒻の煮物、他のメニューは４日何の変わり映えもせずうたい文句に反して正直飽きました。シェフのアレンジなどとHPに掲載するなら業務用のものそのままではなくもう少し工夫が欲しいです。 ただ、スタッフの方やルームクリーニングの方の対応は良かったのでトータルで満足はしています。

GGuest UserBecause the New Otani in Tokyo is a high-end hotel, I stayed in Manhattan before and saw the New Otani, so I came here because I thought it was comparable to Manhattan. But when I arrived, the facilities were relatively simple, the sea view was average, the service was OK, and the price was low. If you choose this, you might as well go to APA for a lower price.

and it's great when you're tired.
I also stayed in a twin room,
but it was spacious and I was able to relax.
I was also able to do some urgent desk work the next morning, which was helpful.
However, the fridge wasn't very cold,
so the water and drinks were only slightly cold, which was disappointing.
It was very convenient.
The front desk staff were very polite and helpful when I checked out,
so I was very satisfied,
even though the facilities are old,
including the reasonable price.

NNobuaki MIt is a new and big hotel. It is located in the suburbs, so it is good to have a parking lot for free and drive. There is a large public bath, and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast venue is large and I don't care about the morning congestion. I don't care about the congestion at check-out because the elevator is ３.

MMyKaguraI stayed in a room with an irregular 2-stage bed at my family stay. The bed above is a little wider than the bench, but it was sleeping properly with adults and infants, and the large bed below seemed to be sleeping firmly with adults and children. There is a breakfast venue next to the front desk on the 1 floor, but the group of business trips (uncles) were gathering and talking. It was a home atmosphere. There was seven eleven right next to it, shopping was convenient, the station was close, and it was a very convenient place.

GGuest UserWe used it on New Year's Eve 〜 New Year's Day. The large bath with sauna is large and comfortable. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no restaurant around, but it is convenient location if you have a car right at Makuhari IC. Is it a new year's game, a professional basketball team and a high school soccer team stayed. I was a little relieved that the breakfast was cooked.

IiskwttyIt is located in the drinking street ２, ３ minutes walk from Chiba station. Be careful because it is called ”Chiba EKI Mae” of the same Toyoko inn a little far away. Totally for business, the room is the right Toyoko inn. It is exactly the same as the size of other Toyoko inn and bed, the pattern of the cover, and the bed placed on the window. The room is not too small and not large. The bus toilet was clean and clean. There is no shortage of service, and there is no mistake if you only stay.

TTangreat staff! basic English ok, close to a monorail station, and a decent number of options for dinner in the area.
had a small room with 2 single beds. carpet had spots and stains. the room is actually clean, but the sight of those stains made it feel dirty. toilet was a little cramped, think airplane-type toilets, just a little bigger.. but this is typical of Japanese hotels etc. they had a couple of multi purpose rooms, and a coin laundry setup on the top floor..
