Airport shuttle does stop by this hotel, however we arrived at night, and missed the last shuttle. So we went to the hotel via train with 3 switches, with luggages. We got there after some time, and still had to do a long walk from the station. Without luggages, it’s a good long walk except that it could be freezingly cold. Walkways connect to the hotel. A lot of people book into the hotel for the bath facilities so all over the place, you see people walking around in bathrobes and slippers. Did not have the time to try that though. Near a shopping outlet, but do not compare to gotemba which is bigger and has more stores. But Mitsui is okay for last minutes Christmas shopping purchases.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

Location was awesome as a base for 1 night to pick up rental car from Toyota rent a car which was about 7mins walk away. Hotel was close to the Chiba station about 5mins walk away. Hotel is also close to many eateries and ichiran which was about 8mins walk away. There are 3 combini quite close to the hotel too. Overall it’s very good! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!
