設施簡陋，沒有什麼服務，純住一晚就Ok. 但不會再住。
如自由行去阿里山，建議不要住奮起湖，一日只有兩班車途經。

位於奮起湖老街，地點佳，無早餐，房間雖小，尚可接受。
清晨漫步於杉林棧道，吸收芬多精，陽光自上而瀉，美不勝收。

首先床和枕頭是我們睡過最不舒服的，怎麼調整都不好。再來馬桶沖一次水就要開水箱喬開鍊子不要卡在塞蓋上，不然流水聲會吵不停。加上外面又在拆除遊園帳篷，非常的吵。好不容易睡著又被吵醒…以上種種整晚都睡不好，對隔天行程影響很大。以後不再考慮住宿。

真的非常方便，而且後來才知道原來住宿的老闆娘是可以安排司機載行李到住宿的😂我和我媽下錯車搭到奮起湖車站🤣（巴士），原來是要在奮起湖終點站下車🤣推的好辛苦🤣
老闆娘也非常的親切，而且住宿附近就是老街，那邊也有吃的，超好吃❤️美食又多 哈哈
天氣又很好❤️

以這個價位來說cp值非常低，整體環境非常糟，設備老舊！晚上二樓飯店大廳還會有蟑螂出沒。
安排的房型也是最角落，走道竟然還有雜物堆放⋯無奈
