I’ve booked room for six pax and room was quite good. Only issue was that the shower/toilet area was narrow and the water splashes out and it can be slippery. Check in is strictly at 3pm and breakfast area is at one of the shop located outside the hotel.

Room is ok only. Toilet is not really clean and abit smelly. But nothing much to complain since there is limited options left.

Staying Ying Shan hotel is honestly quite good as it is just a 3 min walk to the alishan station, easy access to the attraction. However, the room is quite small and facilities are quite old.

Convenient Stay in the Heart of Alishan
Great choice if you’re traveling within Alishan. Check-in and checkout were smooth, making the stay hassle-free. The room had a heater, which was much needed for the chilly weather, along with essential amenities except for a toothbrush, but they informed me about this in advance. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food and other essentials. Overall, a solid option for those exploring Alishan!

Did not really interact much with the staff. They are not rude, definitely. The number of accom in the mountain is limited, so not much to review, for a night's stay. It's not bad an option for a night's stay.

great location walking distance to Alishan station, everything is tidy and clean.
good service, car park is available, no hassle to find parking in the public car park.
A small flaws is the bathtub is not fixed properly, there is possibilities to cause accident. Hope this can fix
