The sink was broken and the table in the room still showed marks of the cups from previous stays. Even the shower area wasn't thag clean and had some marks and and oddly sand. The staff who booked me in was shocked that I used my name. The thing is I made the reservation in English, so I used my name. The staff during check out helped me hail a cab.
