Chiayi City Hotels with Swimming Pools

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

此次特別挑有浴缸的三人房（708）房間正好對西邊，房裡看到很美麗的夕陽。浴缸尺寸大，非常舒服。浴室有獨立分隔的淋浴區，乾濕分離作的很棒。停車方便，床軟硬適中。

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

We had to park in a supermarket parking lot three blocks away because the 20 spots the hotel provided were full 6) full of screaming children. Not sure what special might be going on but hotel full of yelling families and screaming kids running around. 7) in the middle of nowhere. You can’t get anywhere interesting by foot and there are no taxis 8) And to top it all off, it’s not cheap! It’s actually one of the more expensive hotels in town
