The staffs were very helpful, the location is really good, opposite has a 7-11 very convenient. The room is clean plus there is a reading corner with free snacks and tea all day.

The hotel is on a busy street without any sidewalk, and the English name is not in Google Maps, so it took me a good 10mins dragging my suitcase up and down through traffic to find it. Note: it's NOT near the park in the hotel pictures.
The front desk staff were not friendly and not very quick with their jobs.
The rooms are newly renovated with modern interior decoration. However, the toilet and shower are confined and poorly lit. Both also reek of drain smell, so the extractor fan has to be kept on. It took a lot of effort to open the window in my room as well.
I was intrigued by the 3M earplugs on the table until the night fell, and the noise from the street below and the corridors continued to pour in. I guess enough previous guests complained for them to offer the earplugs by default.
