Our experience at Anantara Golden Triangle was nothing short of excellent. The interaction with the elephants was truly special, and the care and dedication shown by the veterinarians were impressive. They took the time to explain how they ensure the safety and well-being of these magnificent creatures, which added a meaningful depth to our visit. Amazing resort, quiet, calm and in sync with nature. Service made the stay absolutely a pleasure. Everything is handled with care, friendliness and efficiency. There was genuineness in its delivery. Activities were awesome and spot on. I love the spa and elephant guardian. Room spacious with beautiful view (3 country view suite), membership was acknowledged with upgrade which is much appreciated. Food was excellent. Spa was amazing. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

Cruising through this historically rich area, surrounded by stunning scenery, was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The highlight of our trip, however, was the Thai cooking class with the talented Chef PG. Guided by his expertise, we crafted a delicious and authentic menu. We started with a classic chicken coconut soup, bursting with flavor and aroma. For the main course, we prepared a perfectly balanced green curry with beef fillet, blending spices and freshness harmoniously. To conclude, we made the traditional mango sticky rice, a sweet and delightful dessert that left us craving more. The experience was both fun and educational, as Chef PG shared invaluable tips along the way. We enjoyed our creations in a stunning setting, with panoramic views of the lush surroundings, making the experience even more special. This cooking class is an absolute must for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Thai culture through its vibrant cuisine. First, the hotel, the view, the staff and everything about this place is as good as it gets. However, I want to write todays review on the cooking class called Spice Spoons. The head Chef of our program was PJ and he was absolutely fantastic. You start with a tour of the local market which is something we have not experienced before. Then, we came back to the hotel and had about an hour or so to relax as the tour started at 7am. Then we met PJ in the private kitchen and cooked our own meals. He cooks each dish first as we watch and he explains what everything is and what he is doing and then we replicate it and cook ourselves at our own stations. Then we sit at a beautiful table and eat our dishes. PJ was wonderful. He was funny, had all the answers from the questions the group had, was extremely knowledgeable and was an absolute joy to be with. I highly recommend this and definitely request PJ.

Get ready to enter a world of rare tranquility and peace and an experience of a lifetime. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with the most unique welcome. The staff are exceptional, they are the most respectful and professional staff I have encountered. The hotel is beautiful and the room spacious and clean. All amenities are provided and lovely welcome delights from the chef and thoughtful gifts await you. The walking with the giants was an unbelievable experience and one we will cherish forever. The spicy spoon culinary experience with Chef PJ was second to none. He was professional, knowledgeable and has a genuine desire to teach you. Overall, a wonderful experience and one not only would I recommend but would do again and again!
