The B2 Night Bazar Chiang Rai is very easy to reach from AH1. Since the hotel has no seat, we decided to have a room on the 1st floor with Twin bed, since the double beds were already forgiven on arrival day (sunday). The room and bathroom are small. They are decorated nicely. Water and coffee/tea series free but they are other minibar items in the room at a cost. The breakfast is included and buffet style. The cable TV is Thai language only. There are no foreign language channels. The is a pool and gym. The gym is small and needs some attention because at least one of the machines was broken. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

The hotel is very new and has a nice view on the river bank. It may be a bit noisy during the day when there are cruise ships, but it is very quiet at night. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Blue Temple and provides free bicycles, which is very convenient! The hotel waiters don't seem to be very enthusiastic about Chinese tourists and hope to improve. There is a riverside Western restaurant not far away. The environment and products are very good. It only takes about five minutes to walk. It is recommended as a five-star restaurant.

I spent the most amazing new year vacation in Chiang Rai. I stayed at Phufa Waree for 5 nights and got a well-deserved rest. The location of Phufa Waree is around 18 km. from Chiang Rai town. I know it's quite far but once you learn how to commute, it's really not a deal-breaker. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big (I got a one-bedroom suite), the bathroom is also huge. The only thing that I would complain about is the sofa in the living room. It's built-in and it's not really that comfortable. The accommodation comes with a buffet breakfast, serve from 6:30 to 10 am. They have a Thai-style buffet spread and they serve different dishes every day. Outside the hotel, there's a nice restaurant called Tid Dao Tid Din. The food is also good and inexpensive. Getting to town is a bit tricky, taxis and even Grab car is very expensive so try to hail a small green bus, which comes every 15 or 20 minutes. The fare is around 18 Baht and it will take you straight to Chiang Rai town (the bus station is near the Night Bazaar). All in all, I would say I had a great stay at Phufa Waree.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of usable space. You can park your car in front of the room. It's a one-story hotel. The service staff is very good. There are chairs to sit in the room.
