I think all the rooms overlook a cute pond with mountain views in the background. Our room was unusual (in line with the boutique description) and more like a little one bedroom house. It was spotlessly clean, the towels were new-looking, the bed linen was very comfortable and clean (and I am very fussy about pristine cotton sheets) and the beds were very comfortable. We were late arriving due to shopping with parents but the duty manager gave us a call to check we were ok which I thought was nice. He helped us with our bags to our room and checked what time we wanted our breakfast delivered to our room! (yes it is brought on a tray to your room!) As you can see from the photo, it is a giant breakfast and we asked only for basic tea coffee and toast! It was all lovely. The biggest and best surprise for me was the ice cold air conditioning! I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand over the last 18 months and I have noticed that there is definitely a propensity for hotels to limit the controls on air conditioning units so you are still sweating with your bed. Not this place, I had a great nights sleep thanks to the White House. My girlfriend and I will be returning every two months so I might see you there! : )
