Good location. Hotel is look new but no breakfast. Only coffee or hot chocolate was free in the morning. Simple hotel, you get what is you pay for.

Very good location near no.1 bus terminal , night plaza and clock tower etc. For the price paid, provide nice , clean room with free hot drinks[machine) downstair, plenty of parking space, ideal for people stay short time or overnight, staff are friendly and helpful ,it will be 100% perfect if a water kettle can be provided inside the room, will stay again !

Overall is good. reception is good and courtesy. plenty of parking space. clean room but the bedsheet and blanklet are old. possible to replace new.
loud noise from people walked pass. the rest is good for money.
