Great value, hotel which is a good location. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi in room was ok, lots of near by restaurants including the night bazaar.

Excellent location. Delicious breakfast buffet. We came back just for breakfast on the way to Chiang Mai as it is juat a 5-minute walk from Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 1.

The Wiang Inn Hotel in Chiang Mai boasts a lovely appearance. The shower offers strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which is a delightful departure from some other accommodations. The bed provides a comfortable night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet, while not exceptional, is convenient. Overall, there are no significant grievances to report in this review.

Location was central walking distance to shops and restaurants. Service was excellent and friendly staff.

Very old hotel, i have been stay here more than 20 years, its time to change the bed and furniture and renovation the toilet

First time staying here. Extended my stay beyond New Year Eve after I found out about the annual Chiangrai Flowers Festival. Excellent location. Walking distance to Night Bazaar, Bus terminal, Clock Tower, Flowers Festival Park... Comfortable bedding. Reasonable breakfast. Was surprised that no hand nor face towel were provided when I first checked in. Was given hand towels after I requested from the housekeepers the following day. I think due to the Christmas and New Year Holiday season, the hotel may be a little short of housekeeping staff?

Wiang Inn offers a pleasant stay with smooth check-in, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. While not quite five-star, its central location and good service earn it a solid four stars.

The hotel is old and the bed is too bouncy, soft, and caved in the middle. We asked to see if we can switch room but we were told it's all the same. That's pretty bad if all the rooms have old caved in beds. We thought the door and cleaning staff were very nice but the front desk staff were not very pleasant and acted as if we bothered them. This hotel is probably more for tour groups instead of individuals or couples. I recommend go to the one next block over which have better beds and front desk staff.
