The flush doesn't work which should have been checked prior to arrival. Other than that its a comfortable stay. It's not too close to the city centre but a good exercise if you love to walk.

The tower and the bed sheet too old, and the tower will not change until you request, but the services seem pretty good.

Hotel is nice clean everything is quite good but there was very loud noice from other air con not sure where exact. Also noticed that bed mats can feel springs inside but staff very kind also very vlean good value

Quiet and serene environment, away from heavy traffic. It's smacked right in between central chiangrai and clock tower. The old airport is just a short walk away.

There are many massage parlours, convenience stores, and food stalls nearby, so it wasn't a problem even if it was a little far from the center. It was a nice hotel where you could spend a quiet and relaxing time. The people at the front desk were nice, but they didn't speak English at all, so that was a bit of a problem. This is a hotel that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.

There are good rooms and there are bad ones. Check with your booking agent to give you differentiated arrangements. trip.com has the largest advertising campaign at Thai airports. But it has little influence, so the possibility of being placed in the worst room in the hotel is very high. I have experienced the trouble of having to change rooms.
