Nicely tucked away from the main street and night Bazaar / bus terminal which is about 7 - 8 mins walk so it gets quiet and peaceful at night although a bit dark to be walking along at night even though there are many other hotel properties around the area. Rustic wooden hotel furniture's and have that traditional look and feel. Receptionist is very nice and polite. The hotel also provide free breakfast which consist of bread and spread and coffee/tea which is good enough to get you through your day. Definitely will come back here and stay again and the price is also very comfortable and not expensive. Recommended for sure.

Atmosphere in front of Warabdi house Very calming The rooms have a TV table, wardrobe, and a refrigerator for drinking water. The parquet floor is cool and comfortable for your feet. The bed is soft and you can sleep soundly. In the morning there is buttered toast and morning tea and coffee. The weather is good and not far from the clock tower. It's okay to walk. But at night it looks a little lonely. Not suitable for girls walking alone. In the middle of the alley there is the famous Nam Ngiao Aunt Nuan.
Anyone looking for a car to pick up or drop off at the airport Call a tuk tuk and seat no more than 3 people. Total price 120฿ Phone number as in the picture. Uncle Jai is happy to serve you. You can call and ask.

The facilities are complete and intact, the bathroom is clean and hot water is sufficient, the bedding is comfortable, the price/performance ratio is good, not far from the station, you can get there without taking a taxi

It was a short walk from the center with the night bazaar and bus terminal, and it was a quiet environment with little noise because it was on a narrow street. You can also reach the airport in about 20 minutes by taxi.
The owner is a very friendly person and it was a very fulfilling trip.

This place is a small place, but beautiful cosy one. We were mother daughter. Ths place is very safe, and staff is very good. Rooms are old school but cosy. All was good. This place give vibes of Bali , they have a small garden with lots of Greens, small waterbody full of fishes. Its walking distance to Chiangrai Night Market, and Clock Tower , main attraction. Overall good place for 2 nights.

The rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. The courtyard is lovely and some of the corner rooms have nice balconies. A simple breakfast is available (tea, coffee, toast and jam). It's an easy walk to the main street for restaurant, bars and markets. There is a good laundry (50thb/kg) down the road. If you can, avoid room 101 as its near the reception and courtyard with a pond that is a little noisy.
