It's very close to the bus station (by motorbike), the restaurant is in an alley but not hard to find, very obvious sign.

I stayed in a deluxe king room, which had an L-shaped sofa and table, a microwave, and simple tableware and wine glasses. There is absolutely no problem for a little P to have a little wine and microwave some snacks in the room.
There are two TVs in the room, one in the living room and one in front of the bed, but the TV only has the local Channel 4, so you can't watch YouTube!

Pros: Quaint, family-run place. The women running the place are lovely. t was modern and stylish, especially for Chiang Rai. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The air con worked great. The wifi worked well. The flat was very clean. The property isn't in the center of town, but you can walk about 30 minutes or use the Grab app to call a driver that will take you into town for about 60-70 Baht. The property is close walking distance to an area with bars and local restaurants. There is also a very large modern shopping mall not too far away as well. The breakfast was very good with a homemade local specialty every morning such as fried rice, or vegetables. Cons: I personally would have liked some better quality towels and more protein options at breakfast such as yogurt.

It is honestly the best hotel I've stayed in Thailand & I've stayed in many. The host/receptionist is the kindest person who will look after you. If your looking for a place to stay in ChiangRai I can whole heartedly recommend you to stay here.

This place is more like a house converted to hotel with many rooms, the rooms are neat and have most everything required, good aircon, comfy bed. The only minus point is you have to climb stairs to the second floor, so not very friendly to handicap people unless you get the ground floor unit. The staff are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. customized our breakfast to our requirement which is rare. Tip : There is a parking at the entrance check-in, they also have another lot just for parking, which is 10 meters away. This hotel is just besides the old military airport, many joggers in the evening and there may be event held there occasionally, nice old aircraft for photograph too. It's very near walking street and the CENTRAL shopping about 10 min walk. So it's worth considering getting this place for stop over or a few days stay.
