Stayed for two days and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean, well-located in Chiang Rai City, and easily accessible. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Huge room, good service from staff who took initiative to help us carry our luggage up to 3rd floor as there's no lift. The hotel looks new and clean overall. The shower pressure can be better.

The hotel and the staff were fine. But we couldn’t sleep at all since there was a car alarm ringing all night. I guess the hotel’s windows weren’t that good.
