Clean rooms, comfy beds. It is a new hotel, I'm assuming, so it was well maintained.
However, the power went off late at night, around 1 a.m., and we had to call someone to get that sorted. Also, while booking the hotel, Trip showed me the location to be near the Chiang Rai night bazaar, and that was the only reason I chose it. Upon reaching Chiang Rai, I followed the location on google Maps, and it was totally different from the one in the app.
I was extremely confused and called the hotel around a dozen times. When they finally answered, I was told that their location was near Mae fah luang hospital.

It is a hotel with very large and new rooms. The facilities are modern and there is a Smart TV, Youtube, Netflix. I personally like it a lot.

The hotel is newly opened, clean, no musty smell, spacious bathroom, complete amenities in the room, parking for many cars, friendly staff, the hotel is next to PTT, easy to find, 2 minutes from Mae Fah Luang University. I stayed during the rainy season, so there were a lot of insects. The room on the ground floor had a small problem with a clogged pipe and insects entering the room.
