Beautiful hostel with great facilities. There are multiple common areas inside and outside where you can chill out or do work if you need to. Everything was always clean and staff were very helpful and the hostel is a walkable distance from many bars, restaurants, markets etc.

We arrived at midnight, the reception was closed but the staff thought to leave our room key in the mailbox. The room was very cute and clean and had a balcony. The breakfast was great, the staff was great. We left the next morning but I would choose this hotel again if I were to return to Chiang Rai, thank you!

#negative #I was disappointed with the Cleanliness, Location, Service, Amenities; I booked the hotel on July 29, 2922 and arrived at around 10pm, but there was no staff and I couldn’t get in. I didn’t answer my phone calls. I had no choice but to find another hotel. The service was too poor.

Very impressed with the accommodation and service. The accommodation is clean even though it's a shared bathroom hostel. But there are many bathrooms to use and are very clean. Good service staff, comfortable accommodation, in the heart of the city, convenient to travel. inexpensive too
