I absolutely loved my stay here and the check out gift was a great idea 😊 They seem to understand that every trip is special and it is hard to book a trip within our busy lives. They made the stay so comfortable and special - i feel very grateful to have found this gem. Massive thank you to all the staff - at the front desk, and at the restaurant every breakfast, with special shout to Moth. They were so accommodating, service was prompt and efficient - 6 stars ⭐️ Its a beautiful hotel/hotel grounds, spacious, quiet, nice but not pretentious. Breakfast was delicious, great pastries, can choose any a la carte. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks on this trip, having stayed in 3 other hotels which were mediocre - I am happy I ended with this one. I will definitely be back!

The environment is very good and the service is in place The only breakfast is relatively simple. It is a fixed set meal. If you stay for many days in a row, you will not be able to eat well. After staying for four days, the child had diarrhea, so we prepared white porridge for two days in a row, which was very considerate👍

We always like to start with the good so here was the good. The staff at Siripanna Villa was friendly, helpful, courteous and spoke fine english. The rooms are spacious with plenty of outlets, and storage. Unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. Here is our list and it lines up with many others: 1). The hotel is past its prime and could use significant renovations. The bathrooms were dark and the beds were HARD AS A ROCK. The massage tables we enjoyed around Chiang Mai would have been a welcome respite rather than the beds. 2). The bugs in the lobby and breakfast area were a bit much, not to mention the stray cat that decided to join us one morning. The breakfast was less than expected compared to the rest of the 4/5 star hotels we have stayed at in Thailand (so far). 3). The location is not convenient to much of the great things to enjoy in Chiang Mai. 2 examples, our 1st day we decided to hit the closest massage as soon as we arrived. We found that the 1.8 mile walk through back streets was a bit much. 2nd, we wanted sushi for our last meal last night. We took a Grab taxi that was almost 300 Baht (for those who count taxi rides in massages, that is 1 extra Thai massage we could have enjoyed!) 4). Our room smelled like mold and there are no washcloths provided in the room. In fairness, Covid may have hit the Siripanna Villa hard as the Italian restaurant that was on the property was permanently shut down. We hope this review is useful to others....PS If you want to experience the BEST elephant farm experience in Chiang Mai you should visit Patara. They provided an INCREDIBLE day for us.

Chiang Mai Riverside
I have been to Chiang Mai more than ten times and stayed in various types of hotels. Compared with the small freshness of most hotels in Chiang Mai and the grandeur of luxury hotels, Sannuo Hotel is more like a British aristocrat, dignified and elegant, simple and elegant. Here, the nights are peaceful. With only the chirping of insects and frogs, people can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and quietly enjoy the communication between nature and the soul. The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel provides car rental, motorcycle and charter services at very reasonable prices. The rooms are large and tidy and the gardens are beautiful. The staff are warm and courteous. When I come to Chiang Mai in the future, Sannuo will definitely be my must-choice hotel. Because here I can feel the relaxation I have never experienced before, and everything is as expected.

Chiang Mai Riverside
The most beautiful hotel … the decor, food, view and staff .. when we walked into reception upon arrival it took my breath away .. a relatively new hotel (opened November 2021) there has been no expense spared. All the beautiful touches are everywhere . There is even an artisan bakery within the hotel - try the red velvet cake ! Breakfast was included and had everything we wanted / needed . Dinner was amazing sitting by the river watching kayaks and dragon boats training .. the photos don’t do This place justice .. 2 mins walk away is local open air food courts .. hotel staff recommended and helped organise our days out . Such a special place ..
