Its rather noisy in the morning as my room is facing to the school, however trouist like us usually wake up early so no big deal. All snackssss/drinksss in the mini bar are free👍👍 includes cokes, beers, 6 bottles of water, lemon tea, chipsss, chocolate. 😅 😁 Afternoon tea by the pool is free too! The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

Arriving here after a long travel day was like seeing an oasis, the large white gates and hotel staff greeted us - taking our bags and directing us where to sign in - all in a very quiet setting (the hotel is always quiet - very little outside noises and staff/guests are considerate of the peaceful atmosphere). Extremely clean, pool was relaxing and refreshing. The grounds was like walking amongst a museum with lighting at night. We had a suite for 4 of us - two master bedrooms joined by a large comfortable living room and a private covered deck where we spent much time reading, sleeping, catching up on our jet lagged bodies. The location is at the heart of many temples and in old city, foot rubs, places to eat, and a wonderful laundry lady across the street who had our clothes cleaner than we've ever had them in 24 hours. The restaurant was elegant, quiet, dinner was accompanied by local live music which was just the right volume. When we return, we will stay here again.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either.The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room.There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

The Sunday market opens up directly in front of the hotel and is an amazing experience. Plenty of delicious street food, clothing and souvenirs at cheap prices in every direction. We're definitely staying here again, when we come back!

I would like to recommend this hotel very much because the boss of this hotel is very kind and hearty and give me very great help when I met trouble. I rented a motorcycle in Chiang Mai for one day. My plane took off the next morning early so I prepare return the motorcycle that day night. But the motorcycle store closed when I arrived because of the heavy rain, and I could not wait for the store open next morning because of the plane. I had no way to get my deposit back. At the moment I asked the boss of the hotel for help, and she and her son were very helpful, they had overcome many difficulties and done a lot of work and took my deposit back in the end.
