Arriving here after a long travel day was like seeing an oasis, the large white gates and hotel staff greeted us - taking our bags and directing us where to sign in - all in a very quiet setting (the hotel is always quiet - very little outside noises and staff/guests are considerate of the peaceful atmosphere). Extremely clean, pool was relaxing and refreshing. The grounds was like walking amongst a museum with lighting at night. We had a suite for 4 of us - two master bedrooms joined by a large comfortable living room and a private covered deck where we spent much time reading, sleeping, catching up on our jet lagged bodies. The location is at the heart of many temples and in old city, foot rubs, places to eat, and a wonderful laundry lady across the street who had our clothes cleaner than we've ever had them in 24 hours. The restaurant was elegant, quiet, dinner was accompanied by local live music which was just the right volume. When we return, we will stay here again.

There are two buildings in the villa. On the second floor of the main building are two double-bed rooms and one standard room. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor of another building has two rooms, one is a suite, and the other has three beds. The whole villa is very large and can accommodate many people. For breakfast, we bought the ingredients ourselves and ate it in the garden. The villa also provided milk juice and various spices. The butler was also very caring. We also booked a BBQ the next day, one thousand baht per person. It was very hearty and tasted great. This stay was really great.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.

Facilities: The facilities of a newly opened hotel must be at the first level. Breakfast was great Hygiene: Hygiene is absolutely ok Environment: On the street, there are a lot of motorcycles and cars going back and forth on the road. I didn't expect it to be very quiet, but as long as the doors and windows are closed, I can have a good sleep. Service: I would like to focus on the service. From the waiters at the door to the cleaning waiters, they are all praised and everyone is smiling. There was a welcome card, free drinks on the first night and even a metal bookmark for me on the second night. The most important thing is that when I turned on the TV, the first channel turned out to be a Chinese TV channel, and I checked all the TV channels, and there was only this one in Chinese, so I thought there should be someone who has done this specifically. Everything, service is all in the details. ps: There is a barbecue stall downstairs, I highly recommend it, it tastes great!

Only down side is the location even though it’s about 6-7 mins walk to Maya and Niemann One, the road is not v nice to walk on and not easy to cross the road, as there are no pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either.The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room.There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

Big Tree or Ritz Old Town was a good find. They are located at the other side of Old Town which is fine with us since we like to walk and we didn't want to be in the crowded area. Breakfast was simple, but it was good and fulfilling. We were put in on the 4th floor, but we didn't mind since they have an elevator. The room was pretty spacious as well as their bathroom and we also had a balcony. It was really quiet at night and they have a blackout curtain which was great and we always have a goodnight's sleep. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this to our family and friends.

The service is excellent. Several Thai aunts are particularly friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. You can massage for 300 hours. There are not many types of breakfast but it is very attentive and warm. The scenery is everywhere and the garden is very beautiful. I will definitely come back for a few more days. awesome! The overall experience is very good. The Thai lady in the reception can speak Chinese. Every time she sees us, she smiles and greets. She is very warm and cute. She also helped us rent motorcycles and recommended more authentic and fun places for us. The service is very good. The rooms are very clean. , The facilities are complete, and it is very comfortable for two people. Anyway, playing outside all day is not very much in the hotel. The location is on the edge of the ancient city, beside the moat, we got up early in the morning and went wandering around the ancient city haha. By the way, the hotel has breakfast in the morning. It is a buffet breakfast. Both Thai and English breakfasts are very cost-effective and highly recommended!

The owner was super gentle and tired. I went to Chiang Mai for the Songkran Festival by myself. I stayed at the Dozy House for three days. It was really warm and I felt at home. I asked the owner to borrow a bicycle to ride in the old city of Chiang Mai. The hotel is relatively convenient for the airport Grab a taxi. There are also many coffee shops nearby that can check in. It is also close to Tapeimen. It is best for girls of arts and arts. ❤️ Have a simple breakfast this morning. Hee boss, double yellow eggs fried by a lady. It ’s free for me to go to the old city of Chiang Mai. I will stay at this place and recommend it! !! !!

The hotel consists of four buildings, each four stories high in a quadrangle formation. The pool is inside the quadrangle and all rooms are accessed from an open walkways around the interior of the quadrangle. Unfortunately, the noise reverberates and echoes throughout the hotel. We were woken at 5 am by a screaming baby and again at 7 am by guests rolling their suitcases on the walkways. Our room appeared to have been recently refurbished, all cabinetry and paint was in good condition with no chips or signs of wear and tear. The bathroom however was a different story and needs a complete renovation. The room was comfortable and a good price. The hotel appears popular with overnight tour groups.
