At the start of our stay we arrived at the front to see trees blocking the sign which caused confusion of where the condominium was. We entered the area to see a gym which looked nice from viewing, but as we walked further in we saw the pool, which I had been excited about, FILLED WITH BUGS AND LEAVES. As we walk past to the front we saw another family having trouble to get their keys. We had to wait about 20 minutes to receive our keys and had been WAITING THERE FOR AN HOUR from a lady who had to drive to the condominium to drop off our keys. HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION! The elevator was very confusing and we had trouble fitting in there with our luggage. We settled down in our room and left to explore the market. When we arrived again I TRIED TO OPEN OUR BEDROOM DOOR BUT IT WOULDN’T OPEN. After experimenting with other doors we discovered that the locked from the inside when you close it from outside. We fiddled with the doorknob and it still wouldn’t open so we called a locksmith who said he would unlock it for 200 baht, but when he entered our condo he said it would cost 300 baht. He struggled with the lock for 1 hour and we were exhausted waiting for the open door. Finally the door was opened and we were able to receive our belongings. The whole place isn’t terrible, but the bathroom had a weird smell. Our room is fairly clean though and included utensils ,plates and bowls which was useful. Overall I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AND GO TO A NEARBY HOTEL!

Chiang Mai Airport
The hotel is great. It was my first time to stay. The lady at the front desk spoke Burmese and was not very familiar with English. The reception was very warm and she took the initiative to help me carry my suitcase. I was embarrassed, haha. She took the initiative to help me after sending me to the room. I turned on the air conditioner, (the air conditioner was so cold), it was so powerful. I saw that the environment was good, so I immediately extended my stay for another night. It is very close to the airport. If you go out for a walk around the hotel (bypassing the gas station), there is a 711, and there are two cars next door. There are two restaurants opposite, but there are no zebra crossings or pedestrian bridges, so crossing the road is difficult😂😂

It is best choice bed & breakfast for travellers and business men. We are couple who wanted the place for weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. - Wise location. It's close to Chiang Mai Internation Airport which takes only 5 minutes by car from airport. It's not too far from the city center, shopping mall and it's near to the road leading you to many tourist attractions. There is McDonald also nextdoor. - The room was clean with proper function. They provide necessary items that you need such as bathroom kits, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, and the working desk. - Breakfast: They provide small buffet which has salad, desserts, fruits, milk, cornflakes, coffee & tea, etc. And, you can order more food such as boiled rice, fried egg at a la carte. - Staff were friendly and accommodate anything that you ask you. They also provide small corner with threadmills for you to exercise. It is budget hotel that is value for money. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to return soon.

The room is quite old, not much improvement. Unlike the rooms when traveling a lot, but the prices are not different, so pay an additional 70 baht to get a better room is worth it for me. Room in the same building But different sections are very different. I feel disappointed

New hotel just opened in the middle of Chiang Mai city, clean room, bright lights, complete facilities The bed is very wide and soft. The mirror in the bathroom is the largest, I like it very much. Parking is available. The owner is very good service. Also, near Wua Lai Walking Street. The most popular tourist attraction of Chiang Mai, if you come. New again, definitely have to come back to stay here.
