As a hotel for a transitional stay after landing late at night, there is someone on duty at night, and check-in is very smooth. On the night I checked in, I felt very depressed. I was really not satisfied with the room and the hygiene was very bad. There was a musty smell as soon as I entered the room. I didn't want to touch the bathroom floor and sink. The slippers were dirty as soon as I opened them (although they are environmentally friendly and may be recycled, but they should be cleaned at least). The towels and bedding were no longer scrutinized. But the environment was really good when I went out the next morning. It was full of green plants, the restaurant had a beautiful view, the food was average, and it was good to have a drink and rest. The staff's attitude is also very enthusiastic and willing to help in various ways. The hotel is generally suitable for long-term stays if you bring your own daily necessities, and the price/performance ratio is very high.

This is my fourth visit to Chiang Mai. The first time I sent students to Chiang Mai for an internship, the second time I trained at Chiang Mai University for a month, the third time I traveled with my family, and the fourth time I made a special trip with my husband to see the children studying at Chiang Mai University. Every time Chiang Mai leaves me with a good impression. When choosing a hotel this time, I mainly saw that it was close to the children's apartment, and they were all at the back gate of Chiang Mai University. After arriving at the store, I found that although the hotel is small, it is very elegant and clean. When leaving, the hotel front desk said to check the room before leaving. When she came back from the inspection, she took out a small powder bag and said that today was my birthday from the passport when she checked in, so she specially sent a small gift to wish me a happy birthday. This is too heartwarming.

The room was great. When the host, sister Yiyi, showed me the room, I saw a very large floor-to-ceiling window as soon as I entered the door, with Mount Suthep outside. I fell in love with it right away. In the evening, I can always lie in bed and see the red sunset of Mount Suthep outside. The room is simple and clean. There is a temple at the door of the B&B in a quiet alley. The sound of wind chimes during the day is particularly healing. There are 711 on the left and right when you come out of the B&B, which is very convenient. There are so many delicious food at the door! The host, Yiyi, is Chinese and very nice. You can chat with us in the coffee room on the first floor. If you have anything you don’t understand during the trip, you can ask the people in the store. You can also hang out with other friends at the B&B. Highly recommend this B&B!

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower, the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up. The room is not soundproof enough. can hear people talking outside and neighbours all the time. Cleanliness:Good Overall :an overpriced hotel

The hotel itself is in the Ratchamongkol Technology University Lanna. Which is adjacent to the entrance to the main gate of Chiang Mai University, the way up to Doi Suthep The hotel itself has not much parking, but can park nearby safely, there is a 24-hour security guard, the younger receptionist who is Very good service women The other person who is taller than the face is quite frowning, rarely accepts guests. In the air-conditioned room, slow cold. The shower water flows very slowly, not strong, the shower is not satisfied. The TV has many channels and is clear, all channels are comfortable, but only one pillow. Have to ask for more, which takes a long time to bring. Receptionist waiting Cool and night round, the service is very good. Breakfast is simple, simple, one dish, but you will be full with tea, coffee and bread to eat. It is another interesting hotel if you have to stay near Chiang Mai University, it is recommended.

Absolutely loved the place. The service was good,we had breakfast jst one day and it was lovely. Location is also good, just five mins walk from the main road and very near from Maya mall and opposite to Maya mall, they have night markets and we were lucky to be able to go there. Our rooms and beds were cleaned everything, water refilled everyday and anytime we asked.. they provided very nice quality of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion. Me and my sister had a lovely time here. Will absolutely stay again when I come to Chiang Mai again!!
