3-Star Hotels in Chiang Mai

The hotel was surprisingly clean, well-designed, quiet, neat and tidy given its price. Everything seems to be good as new, even the AC unit. The staff were very friendly. Coming from Bangkok, this hotel room obviously has great value for its price. Would absolutely recommend it to friends.

Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

The hotel room was very basic but clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was simply but good- choice of eggs, meat, bread and coffee or juice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the balcony. Free washing machine and place to dry clothes. Nice outdoor seating by the pool. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. Nice place for the money.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. It’s a nice hotel at a reasonable price and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated. One important tip: since there are many hotels with the name 'Nimman,' make sure to specify the exact name when telling the taxi driver. Otherwise, you might end up at a different location. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. However, we did notice some small omissions in the room amenities. We didn't receive toothbrushes or toothpaste and there was no conditioner, but we did have shampoo and body wash available. The WiFi was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the free coffee offered on the first floor. Additionally, the hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for several hours after check-out, which was helpful since our flight was late in the evening. A good stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting the area ✌️

The location and staff were both great. The room was fine but the bathroom was a bit dark and there was some noise from outside. Also, the curtains left a big gap. I would still go back.

I stayed there over 2 weeks and I satisfy with general aspects. The room service and facilities are slighly different by room type and price range. The house keeping staff on 5th. floor was a bit inpatient and shown her bad behaviour when I requested to change my bed sheet after 5 days of my stay. I actually did not ask for a singal complete room service during my long stay. I stayed self efficiently and changed the trash bag every two days by myself. I only asked to sweep the floor and change the bed sheet once but she seemed not happy with it. Except from that moment she was fine with other issues. Generally all the other staff are helpful althought they are busy. I quite enjoy the panoramic mountain view from my room's balcony. If I can get the same position of that room, I will definitely stay again there in next time visit.

This place is so comfortable, opposite Tong Tem Toh where is the local food of Chiang Mai. This hotel is so close to One Nimman by walk and easy going to another place. I love breakfast here !!!!! Must try !!! Everything is yummy!!!

The Prio is very close to the airport and was so nice to have an accommodating stay after a late flight. Very specious, a nice gym, friendly staff and was able to leave suitcases there while we visited nearby area

A larger old style hotel on the main road with the rooms set back, I didn't notice any excessive noise, there is an attached restaurant and the hotel is very close to bars and restaurants. I had room 208 a good size with a reasonable amount of natural light, the pool was detached from the main building but sunlit and modern

My wife and I stayed here recently for 22 nights and really enjoyed our time at the Darley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms looked just like the pictures and were always very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. The daily breakfast provides a varied selection of food that is really tasty. For breakfast there is also an outside eating area for some nice early morning fresh air. The location is close to the US consulate (5 min) and Chinatown (5 min) but you can get anywhere easily in Chiang Mai from the hotel using a Grab car or Songtaew (Red Pick Up Truck Taxi). There is a Tesco/Lotus Express a 2 minute walk from there to get many small grocery items or use the ATM (the hotel room has a small fridge) and a Shabu restaurant next door to it. I had lost my phone in a Grab car and the staff at the front desk immediately started to help us get in contact with the Grab support, 15 minutes later my phone was back at the hotel. (thank you Jutarat and Tangmo). Honestly can't think of anything I would change and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chiang Mai.
