2-Star Hotels in Chiang Mai

The hotel is located in the alley in front of Pandao Temple (very close to Chidilong Temple), so it is very relaxing and quiet although it is located in the center of Chiang Mai Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, walking distance to Tha Pae Gate and Pasing Temple (I have to say, the location is excellent). The pool was clean and our room was clean. Considering the price, I stayed in a family room with my parents and they loved it. (The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you travel with the elderly, remember to have a lower floor room.) The staff was very polite and helpful, helped us recommend the route to Suthea Temple and arranged a car to the airport. Breakfast was great too (the meal was fast).

I usually stay at this hotel. Generally the staff are very hardworking and helpful people but unfortunately the female staff working at the reception on the night I stayed at the hotel was disrespectful and did not know how to communicate with people. Unfortunately I had such a bad experience

Fantastic hospitality. The staff have helped us with all our trips whilst in Chiangmai. Super friendly. Clean hostel. Lobby is super super chill. Also amazing lovely cat! Area is great also, lots of nice cafes, bar and shops to get any all essentials. Would definitely recommend.

Good location in Nimman. This hostel was near full service except that it didn't have a kitchen. However, it offered a small pantry with a microwave owen and a small fridge at reception. The room was very good with capsule-like, sturdy bunk beds providing privacy. The bathroom and the common area were always clean. Staff were very courteous. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Alexa Nimman very much.

The hotel conditions are indeed average, but the after-sales service is first-rate. We booked 3 nights, but because the toilet was broken, we only stayed one night in the hotel. They helped us change to a hotel of the same group that was very close, with much better conditions than the original one, and we didn't have to pay the price difference. They also sent someone to help us carry our boxes and drive us there. The attitude was also very good. The lady at the reception was smiling and amiable.

All the things that wants to be explored are in reachable distance. This is excellent hotel that I’ve ever stayed, the hotel stuffs are weak in English though. They are very hospitable and showcasing as the land of smile. From the point of cleanliness, rooms are shiny and bright. The most awesome thing is pet friendly. So I am considering to stay again in this hotel.

Location: Excellent. There are 7-11 convenience stores, laundry facilities, snack bars, etc. nearby. It is 300 meters away from Chiang Mai Gate and 800 meters away from Thapae Gate. Room: Large enough Breakfast: High quality (as shown in the picture) The boss is a kind person and also arranges various one-day tours and shooting range services.

Good accommodation meets the standard of B2 hotels chain, the room is not small but not big in the room decorated with typical B2 bare cement, which gives a rather dark, dark and dim mood. Wua Lai Walking Street, which is a short walk from the hotel, in the air-conditioned room, reasonably cool, the shower water flows strongly. The room condition is not very clean, which needs to be improved in this. Another thing is that the parking lot is very little, if you have to bring your own car, it is not recommended, even if it is a day with a walking street as well, and you don't have to find a parking space at all. Overall, the service is good, although the room is a bit dirty, but it is forgiven. The staff are smiling and willing to give The service of the night security guards, good-natured, polite and arranged for parking, if there is a chance, they will go back to stay again, but want to improve the cleanliness to be better.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
