If there was a hotel name on the front of the building, it would be good to be able to find it easily. The price of over 300 is considered ok. Strong Wi-Fi, but no TV, not like in the picture. How much? I like the check-in and check-out. Convenient, no cost You can put the phone away. Overall, over 310 baht is considered OK.

I came here after 3 years and 8 months due to the coronavirus, and neither the facilities nor the prices have changed.^^ Whenever I come to Chiang Mai, I stay here if possible. Maya Department Store and Nimmanhemin are within walking distance, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, and laundry nearby, so there is little inconvenience. There is also a Korean restaurant, Misone, nearby. The Sunday Market is also a shortcut and takes about 35 minutes if you walk for exercise. Don't expect too much for this price. ^^ It's good value for money. Best of all, you can check in at 10 a.m. It seems like they apply flexible check-in times, but please be flexible on a regular basis as well. I think it's good for people who travel by train from Bangkok and arrive early in the morning. Extended stays can be extended on weekends or during peak seasons. Except, it is better to do it at the front desk separately from the reservation. In terms of price^^

Chiang Mai Ancient City
Two of us and three of us have children 13 years old. Booked a triple room for one night...Because of a lot of luggage, I don’t plan to move, I want to book a night online... I found no room... I went to the front desk and asked... The front desk said it could help me arrange... and the price is online It’s the same as before... (local reservations are more expensive than online) The boss is very polite and he helps us call a car... and tells us how to play... PS: The location of the hotel is super good and convenient to travel...

Very friendly, clean room, good hot water, the owner takes good care of the best, there are free snacks, free coffee, fruits, ready to pay attention to the details than other places. Like at a friend's house There is also a cooking in case 😂😂 I left my stomach here for 1 meal, easy to travel to find delicious food.

Chiang Mai Ancient City
We were there for 4 nights, over New Years. Location is great, it's at the edge of Old City and a short driving distance to Nimman (where you can find lots of great cafes and eateries). Amenities are as advertised and the room looked exactly as in photos. We did however, encounter a few issues during our stay: - 2/4 pillows didn't have covers as the laundry shop hadn't delivered the clean ones in time, so we used towels over the pillow for a night. We were given the fresh covers the next morning. - The toilet bowl kept making weird flushing sounds throughout the night (and day, though we were mostly out) and we were greeted by unpleasant surprises sometimes. I believe it's a plumbing issue which the staff said they'll look into. Understandably, this is a new hotel, so there are definitely issues that may arise in the beginning. Other things to note/suggestions for the manager or owner: - 2 hair dryers are shared amongst the 8 rooms, so it's first-come-first-serve at the check-in counter. This can be rather inconvenient for all guests and the staff. The latter had to knock on the doors to collect the hair dryer back for other guests. - The room doesn't have a mirror, except for a small one in the bathroom. I acknowledge that it is not a necessity for most people, but having one in the room would be a nice touch. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly (they gifted us a snack basket for the New Years!). I'd recommend this hotel.
