Beautiful settings and absolutely lovely staff. I couldn’t recommend them more. They made me feel so safe and welcome as a young girl traveling alone. I’ll miss this place!

From the moment I stepped into the Aleenta, I felt transported to a sanctuary where time slows down. The scent of lemongrass and the soft chime of singing bowls welcomed me, while my suite—with its hand-carved wooden beams and private terrace overlooking misty mountains—became an instant haven. Mornings began with sunrise bamboo yoga on the tree house, followed by the most divine breakfasts. The staff anticipated every need with warm, intuitive service—whether arranging a private meditation session or recommending hidden waterfall trails. By night, I’d soak in my copper tub under the stars, still savoring the memory of that evening’s tamarind-glazed river fish. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a soulful journey. I left with my heart (and camera) full—already dreaming of my return."

A truly wonderful hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved everything about this place, with its superb ambiance. The food was outstanding - simply incredible! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
The only drawback was the limited number of loungers by the pool. It sometimes happens that guests cannot use the pool area all day because other guests reserve the loungers even when they're not at the pool. This is quite unfortunate.
Otherwise, this hotel is absolutely recommended!

Not only beautiful room ,cleanliness or a lot of facilities but good attitude from the staff at the front desk will make your hotel a real 5-star hotel
Please staff training about how to welcome the guest ,shouldn't stand in groups, whisper, or look at the guest makes guest feel not good
Sometime you may not think like that, but your actions will tell . At breakfast time the women staff were shouting in the kitchen like they were in a fresh market even though it was an open kitchen. The breakfast was terrible. Room price is not cheap i'm willing to paid but Are you really 5-star hotel? It's my first time to disapointed about stay in the hotel . It's not too much cuz i swear everything it really happend to me
