Hotel and facilities were clean. Staff were really friendly and the location was superb. Will highly recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in the Nimman area.

Overrated Hotel. Very small and service at the front desk is disappointing. Request for an additional key card but was treated very condescendingly. Pool is very small and not functional. Only liked the breakfast selection and room is big.

An exceptionally eye-catching and standout hotel design, with an extremely professional front desk and English commentary. The overall service is fantastic. Despite the hotel’s indication of not providing breakfast, the simple snacks offered in the morning were sufficient to provide a small energy boost for the start of our day. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with a short walk leading to highly renowned cafes and well-known Northern Thai restaurants. Lastly, the ample parking spaces provided by the hotel are very convenient for self-driving travelers. It was a luxurious living experience.

Customer Service can be further improved. Inconsistent level of service from the staff, some are friendly (like Sun that help us check-in) but some are not (couldn’t get the name that help us check-out).

Clean and comfortable while staying

The hotel is very new, tidy and clean. The room size is large, the swimming pool is right in front of the room door. The room does not have windows. The staff and services are excellent. The hotel provides free snacks, coffee and drinks in the morning and tea time. Hotel has a large car park which provides enough parking space for those who drive to the hotel.

This hotel has a unique structure and a swimming pool. As it is an Instagram hot place, it has an atmosphere where you can take a picture of your life. Coffee, drinks, snacks, ramen, and ice cream are prepared 24 hours a day, but breakfast is only bread, coffee, and tea. Wine and snacks are provided free of charge from 5 PM, and two bottles of beer and mineral water are provided in the mini fridge per day. If you didn't drink beer that day, you should bring it separately so that it can be filled the next day. Cleaning is done every day, and the staff is very friendly. Since it is a unique eco-friendly structure, you may see birds and lizards, but there are no bugs. It is very close to the airport, and the famous shopping center Maya Mall and White Market Wonnamman Massage Shop are within walking distance, and a taxi to the airport costs 800 baht. Taxis are available in two to five minutes by Bolt or Grab.

The hotel is clean. The equipment in the room looks modern, minimalist, and has a clean white tone. The staff provides good service and everyone smiles and is always ready to help. The pool is very beautiful. Every spot is a good place to take pictures.

It was a very satisfying hotel. I was happy to be able to stay in a clean and pretty accommodation with such friendly staff. There was a little problem, but I was able to have a pleasant time with quick and accurate response. It is a clean and stylish hotel with a 24-hour snack bar, free wine service, and simple breakfast. Thank you for seeing me off until the end with regret, and I want to visit again~

After a long time of choosing a hotel in Chiang Mai, I decided on this hotel. It cost 150🐷 to take a taxi from the airport. The hotel has a sense of design. The whole building is circular, divided into two floors, surrounding the swimming pool, which is quite photogenic. Because of this unique design, the rooms are all long strips, and the double bed is very special, turning into foot to foot.
