Cleaning service needs to be improved. Big and comfortable bed. Noisy during daytime from the renovation works. Should be a good hotel once the renovation work is completed.

Due to the flood, the hotel we originally booked was canceled and we temporarily changed our reservation to this hotel. The reception staff at the counter were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was really touched. After entering the room, it was cleaned and smelled fragrant. , the cleaning was very clean, and I was very happy during my three-day stay. The hotel is also very close to shopping places. I highly recommend it to travelers who want to come to Chiang Mai.
