Super clean and homey space. Excellent location, walking distance to a very nice gym, pump gym and also great coffee nearby. Hosts were the nicest! Free breakfast too

The room was large and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple and repetetive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The laundromat on site was cheap and super convenient. However, the road out the front, which is the only exit, is incredibly busy, has no footpath and felt frankly extremely dangerous to walk on. It was located right next to the old town, which was helpful.

The hotel has a very good environment and is very quiet. It is located outside the north gate of the ancient city and is a 5-minute walk to the north gate. The owners are very kind and the hotel's breakfast is included and it is delicious. It is worth mentioning that when we left Chiang Mai to fly to Bangkok, we forgot two batteries in the hotel. We contacted the store and they immediately sent them to Bangkok for us. Thank you very much!

About 5 minutes walk from the north gate of the old town.
It was convenient because there was a platform for Song Taew to Doi Suthep at the north gate.
The owner family was very smiling and full of thoughtfulness, and I wanted to stay again.
