Super clean and homey space. Excellent location, walking distance to a very nice gym, pump gym and also great coffee nearby. Hosts were the nicest! Free breakfast too

The room was large and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple and repetetive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The laundromat on site was cheap and super convenient. However, the road out the front, which is the only exit, is incredibly busy, has no footpath and felt frankly extremely dangerous to walk on. It was located right next to the old town, which was helpful.

The setting is very attentive, and you can experience the living atmosphere of locals. The location is excellent, only 6-7 minutes walking distance from the North Gate, close to JJ Market and Mumbai Market, and also close to 711. The boss is very nice and will promptly solve problems and questions during the stay. The breakfast is also delicious. The most commendable thing is the wall of the room, which is very soundproof. It's about a 10-minute walk from the pick-up point for the Khom Loi Festival. There are also two 7-Elevens within a 5-minute walk, which is convenient. The rooms are clean and have a nice rural feel to them, just like Chiang Mai.
The Thai omelette at breakfast was delicious.
All the staff were friendly and nice.

Very good, I like this family hotel very much. I stayed here twice. However, there are not many rooms, so it is difficult to book each time.
There is a laundry room next to it, and you can send it to wash and take it back for a fee. The service staff are also very friendly.
