Very good service, friendly staff, very nice relaxed atmosphere to match Chiang Mai. I loved the stay. Staff don't disturb you if you use the DND button. The only section that needs improvement is the front door, you need an automatic button on the door asap.
From around 12pm to 7pm the door is locked and you need to call a number to open the door.
Other than this, the stay was amazing.

Nice budget hotel with nice decoration. Rooms are clean and big. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Location is also good - just walking distance from Nimman.

Good accommodation, close to every convenient area, spacious room, parking, mountain view, lovely staff. We forgot something and called to check and kept it for us. Just a little bit on the balcony outside. There are a lot of gecko poop, which is a bit disturbing.
