This is a lovely hotel! The room was decent, I really loved the bathroom. The decor and room in general is a little dark but over a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic! So much variety and the location of the restaurant is on the river, so beautiful. I was most impressed with the hotel building itself, very stylish and the pool was a bonus!

Beautiful hotel with lovely traditional Thai architecture and decor. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done with attractive design. The breakfast had a large variety of Thai and western style dishes. The gym is great, and the pool is lovely and looks like a spa resort. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about Ratilana

I have stayed in this hotel several times.I like the lanna style decorations.this time,I enjoyed the spa. The hotel has maintained their standard。the only thing was not convenient in the spa is the shower room hasn’t the hooks hanging the towel and clothes.So I should ask the lady to pass them for me .this is the small thing.but I believe it’s can be better.
My husband and I enjoyed the dinner very much.fair price and good service.

This is the best place to stay when you need a break. The staff are professional and friendly and will provide any assistance you need. I was very satisfied with the nature-friendly environment seen from the balcony. The room was large and the facilities were clean. Because it is a traditional Thai concept, it has a more mysterious feel. This is a hotel I would like to rebook next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Very good gym and very nice pool. One of the best places in Chiang Mai. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location is a bit out of the way. But that's good if you want to have some peace and quiet. You can find them there by the river. A very nice place!

The first hotel I stayed in after arriving in Chiang Mai. The hotel is only 8 minutes away by taxi from Changkang Night Market and Hard Rock. The price is about 90 baht. The service staff is very enthusiastic and introduced us to delicious local restaurants. It's not far from other old town check-in attractions, and a taxi is basically around 100 baht.
