On first day we head out after breakfast and was back in near lunch but was surprised that the room was not clean
On the second day., we were glad that the housekeeping were at the room after we left for breakfast. Despite our toilet roll running low , they didn’t replenish.
Our booking is for 4 days 3 night.

Absolutely brilliant hotel in Chiang Mai. I have stayed in many places in the city over the last 8 years and this is my new favourite. From you arriving the staff are all friendly and helpful. The room (corner deluxe) is fantastic with a really comfy bed and lots of space. The swimming pool is great and a good size. The area around the hotel is quiet but only a stone's throw from the main areas of the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in a few months time.

Excellent hotel. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Good rooms to look for family of 5. Extremely hospitable staff. Child-friendly pool and staff. Nice coffee bar in morning. Good location. This is where we will stay when we return to Chiang Mai as a family.

This hotel is actually nothing special but it is extremely cute. Because of the price you don't expect much. But the owners are very nice and friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, neat, clean and have a very nice, large, soft bed. There is another fresh swimming pool and you are in the middle of the city. What else do you want?
