Generally clean and enjoyable stay though the interior design feels a little dated and rustic. Great location located centrally in ancient city of Chiangmai with many eateries nearby within walking distance. Only gripe I had is with the noise and poor soundproofing. The opening and closing of doors were so loud (and by no fault of the neighbours) that I thought it was our own room door. Also, in early morning starting from 8am you can hear children singing nursery rhymes and shouting as the kindergarten is just downstairs.

So happy stay here, the room is so spacious, everything u need in there, just the breakfast need more various

The hotel was decent enough for an overnight stay. It didn't have any major issues, but it also didn't exceed expectations. The amenities were satisfactory, and the room was comfortable. Overall, an average experience that served its purpose for a short stay.

Good service. the receiption in the morning shift the young lady is very friendly and we arriving early and check in early also borrow the bike visiting old town with the map.

On the third night in Chiang Mai, I stayed in the same hotel I stayed in eight years ago. I changed rooms today. I stayed in the new building yesterday, but I stayed in the old building today. The old building is slightly more spacious, and there is a table and a shelf, but the shower water is slightly small and cold. Maybe the facilities are old. The children continued to play in the swimming pool. It was less than 200 yuan, and staying in the old city area also included breakfast. It was very cost-effective. There is a Saturday night market outside the old city area, but it was very tiring to take a taxi there. It's a long street and I was exhausted walking there.

The hotel is in a prime location, quiet in a bustling city, and very convenient to various attractions in the ancient city and the Sunday night market. The hotel is divided into a new building and an old building. The old building has more ancient city characteristics, and the new building has newer facilities. Although the hotel is not big, it has a swimming pool. It is small but complete, and it is also convenient to eat around. The whole family spent a peaceful, simple and happy time in Chiang Mai.

Yes, you can see clearly when going to the toilet inside and outside, and there is no place to put clothes in the shower. Breakfast is very simple, every day is bread, eggs and ham, fruit cereal and coffee. It is recommended to travel in Chiang Mai for 2-3 days, there is nothing interesting, the whole feeling is a very old countryside😅
