Enjoyed my stay in Kodchasri. There are not so many varieties for the buffet breakfast. But the hotel is very clean with helpful staff

Charming, authentic and Thai style hotel within walking distance to both Chiang Mai gate and Tha Phae Gate. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The sound of running water from a fountain and birds are the main sources of background noise. The hotel isn’t new but we really liked the decor and feel of it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the Thai dishes changed daily. There is an egg station. The fitness room has one multifunction weight machine and some cardio so you can make do just about. There is a nice bar a few doors down, a few cafes and a 7/11. The massage place opposite is no frills but decent!

Staff is really nice and kind
It’s in the middle of everything in the old town Chiang Mai
Near market and temple area
Breakfast is good too

The location is not bad. The room is clean but quite old. The pool isn’t well-maintained, and no one seems to use it. There are many trees, but it feels like the fish are not properly taken care of, creating a somewhat eerie atmosphere. Breakfast is just okay. Overall, the staff is generally friendly, but the front desk service is lacking.
Overall, not recommended.

Poor service. Male staff are not friendly and not helpful. A lot of mosquitoes in the room and around the property. Breakfast is ok. Very basic and very few selections.
