Traditional Thai style

One of my best stays! The resort locates near the centre at the town, yet it gives you a sense of tranquility. Our room is spacious with a very relaxing view of the pool. Warn staff service with meticulous attention to details, so you know you are in the good hands of the Rim Resort. We regrettably had to catch a red eye flight and leave at midnight, but the staff were so kind that they had prepared for us nice coffee and sandwiches to go. Truly appreciative of their unbeatable customer service that elevates our journey in every way possible. Will definitely come back again.

Everything was ok the 2 different booking was smooth and the rate was quite good

The hotel is relatively well-known locally, but it is indeed very old. Many of the equipment are out of date, and the sofas, doors, etc. are also relatively old. The overall style has a strong Northern Thai style, which is a major feature. The service is really very good and everything is answered. However, some of the breakfast ingredients are not too fresh. I have eaten cantaloupe and watermelon that are sour. This needs improvement. 

The room is spacious and has a balcony. The restaurant's egg-eating method is very user-friendly. You can order whatever you want to eat and it's freshly made on the spot. The taste is very nice and worth trying. Service: I especially want to praise the service. The service is warm and they help with the luggage. Also, the hotel slippers are very comfortable. You can buy them in the lobby for 198 baht a pair.

The whole decoration style is very Thai, I like the design very much. The lobby is not very big, but it has all the functional areas. The staff is very patient. The room facilities are a bit old. My room lock is broken, the TV is broken, and the balcony door can't be opened. After the response, the staff came to help us deal with it quickly. They repaired the lock on the spot and replaced the TV for us. I asked if the twin bed could be turned into a big bed. Two staff members came to help us move the bed. The super big bed is super comfortable to sleep on, and it is equipped with super big sheets and super big quilts. The hotel has reserves. The service is very considerate! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough to eat, and the taste is also OK. Most of the foreigners who booked this hotel will not be noisy during breakfast and can eat breakfast at ease. Sure enough, there is no hotel that is popular on Xiaohongshu that is more suitable for me. The hotel's swimming pool has a beautiful view, and you can enjoy the scenery while swimming. The location is not very good, but it doesn't affect me. I can travel by taxi. The room is cleaned very clean, the bathroom is very large, very suitable for family travel. In short, I like it very much!!!

I stayed in Chiang Mai for four days and was very satisfied. The swimming pool is very beautiful and exquisite. My daughter goes in for a dip every day. There are many cats in the yard, which is very healing. The daily breakfast is also quite exquisite. There are not many varieties but the quality is guaranteed. Except that the bath water is a bit difficult to adjust, it is hot and cold, everything else is very good. Chiang Mai is also a very suitable place for tourism. Except that the hotel is not in the most lively area and the hot water is not stable, everything else is satisfactory. The hygiene is really super good. This is the first time for our family to walk barefoot in a hotel. Why do they take off their shoes at the door? Because it is so clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very satisfactory. Each one is worth a try. It changes every day. It is full of Thai Lanna style. It is a small and exquisite hotel. Recommended.

This hotel is nice and has a good location! The room is quite big and nice, near the swimming pool. I will stay in room 118 next time. Although the breakfast is not big, it is also delicious. The staff is very nice! The only bad thing is that the shower water is not good, it is hot and cold! I hope it can be fixed!

The hotel is OK, the service staff is pretty good, they are always smiling and friendly when they see each other, the breakfast is also OK. I want to thank the hotel restaurant for letting the children take some meals back to the room before they get up, and they also agreed to borrow a bowl for takeaway meals, but some hotels in China would not agree to this. I will still consider this hotel next time if I have the chance.

There is also a spa nearby. The hygiene is also very good. The room is cleaned and the garbage bags are changed every day.

The price-performance ratio is perfect, the service is very thoughtful, the location is excellent, the swimming pool is small but sufficient, there is a massage shop just outside, the child suddenly had a nosebleed, even after checking out, the service was still smiling and served tea, water and ice cubes. I will choose this place next time I come
