One of my best stays!
The resort locates near the centre at the town, yet it gives you a sense of tranquility. Our room is spacious with a very relaxing view of the pool.
Warn staff service with meticulous attention to details, so you know you are in the good hands of the Rim Resort. We regrettably had to catch a red eye flight and leave at midnight, but the staff were so kind that they had prepared for us nice coffee and sandwiches to go. Truly appreciative of their unbeatable customer service that elevates our journey in every way possible.
Will definitely come back again.

The only suite I booked was a very happy stay for my family of four. The room was really big, with three beds, a living room, a large balcony, and a sofa that could accommodate another person. The bathroom was also very big, with a jacuzzi. I didn't encounter the coldness problem that everyone mentioned when taking a shower. The hot water was very stable and there was no problem. In addition, we were given an afternoon tea with exquisite snacks, and the daily breakfast was very good. The room received Spring Festival blessings specifically for Chinese guests, two elephant key chains, and fruit blessing bags. During the Spring Festival, we rarely saw Chinese people, but more foreign uncles and aunts. The front desk service was also very good. The children liked the snacks at the hotel front desk very much... In short, I was satisfied + satisfied. (The only thing is that I like quiet and I am afraid of noise. This room is close to the street, and there is the sound of airplanes taking off and landing, but our overall sleep quality is good, so I fell asleep and it didn't affect it.
