I don’t usually complain but…wow. This place is awfully run. The outside and inside of the hotel is nice. But once you get into the rooms it is another story. The photos you see are the state of their furniture. While I stayed the following happened: -The fan fell off the wall and almost landed on my laptop -the chair snapped when I sat on it -ants crawling everywhere and in the beds - hurt myself because of the chair I did take a ‘fan room’ at the beginning, and when the accidents happened I requested the hotel upgrade my room as apology. They refused and said i would need to pay to upgrade, they could only swap me to another fan room. We argued and they even told me they didn’t believe the fan fell off or chair just broke. They said ‘impossible’. I said, please, look at this photo evidence. Still, they fought with me and would not upgrade. In the end, trip.com helped me upgrade and paid the surplus. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.

Beware of the old part of the hotel, the price seems low but is not adequate to the quality of the room, the bed was falling apart, the mattress was like a board, the blanket was dirty, there was no mosquito ,the price was good, nothing else.

Room was okay but very untidy and not cleaned well. Utilities were very sub standard

Nice room, we just booked a standard double, so was fairly basic but had a nice balcony area and everything was there that we needed. All staff extremely helpful! Definitely recommend! 🤩

The hotel guy was so nice! Take the initiative to buy my train ticket! I’ll stay at their house next time! Love you guys!

Pictures and actual places are different. Scary corridor The room was not cleaned.

The items inside the room look old, such as pillows and electrical equipment. There are not many facilities, such things should be added.

The staff was very friendly but the room was dirty and there was a lot of noise at night.

Advantages, good location, cheap Disadvantages...at least the lobby is well decorated and you can see the jackfruit tree

Would book a deluxe room with a balcony and mountain view. It turned out that there were no such rooms in the hotel!

The school employees provide very poor service. There was also a request for money from the previous stay!!! In spite of informing Employee named Uncle Noi And in the booking there is a telephone number to contact you back. They didn't contact me back and then said they didn't pay for 1 night's room!!!! Even after notifying you of moving out There was nothing left in the room. The key was placed in the room!!! When Uncle Noi came to collect the money, he already informed him once!! And I also said that I would go in and stay again on the 7th-8th for another night!!!! Little Uncle acknowledged it and gave me change!!!! Thank you for coming to read 🙏🙏🙏 #Old room, not only the blankets and check cloths were yellow and very dirty. #Warning before staying, go look at the room first!!! Thank you again 🙏🙏🙏
