Amazing host!! Genuinely one of the nicest and warmest people we have met in our travels. He is very thoughtful and thinks of all possible needs and wants of his guests. It shows that he is truly passionate and compassionate.
The deluxe triple room is fab size. The location is great close to the old city (5-10 min drive) and close to the airport too (15 min drive) plus close to Wot Umong, Doi Suthep etc.
Free fruit is a great addition!

We came early (10am+) in hopes to leave our luggage & head out for brunch. Unfortunately there was no one / staff in sight and the property doors are locked. We tried to call all the given contact numbers but they seem to be inactive or impossible to get through. We waited for a bit and ended up leaving for a nearby cafe to sit and chill until the check-in time 2pm. We headed back at 2pm+ and the property doors are unlocked so we entered and waited at the "lobby" but there were no staff in sight, except for a foreign lady & her child who seemed to be guests as well. The lady said she too have to wait "very long" on the day she had checked in. We waited for a good 20+ minutes before 1 staff came to the front desk to check us in. Seems like she was busy cleaning the rooms so may have missed us. Anyway she does not speak a lick of english but no issue as we made it work.
Property is located near some cafes, 2 Pharmacies, a 7/11 and some shops. Very convenient location and everywhere is walkable and generally safe. The areas surrounding the property itself is very quiet but well lit at night.

The host i s very welcoming and hospitable.
The room is clean, elegant, spacious and comfortable.
And it is generous of the host that there are a lot of bottled waters in the room that all you can drink, and also a few bicycles in the lobby that you can borrow for free.
The location is also great, many massage stores and local food restaurants nearby, you can also take a walk to Maya or old town area within 30 min.

The location is good, very close to the Old Town and Nimman. Turning 2 alleys out is a busy street. The hotel is very quiet in the alley, and the surrounding shops and stalls are so delicious and cheap!
The cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. There is a lot of dust on the floor and curtains in the room. The water pipe in the bathroom sink was loose during the stay. It was dealt with immediately after the incident. There are fresh fruits, boiled eggs and instant coffee on the first floor every day for you to pick up. There are bicycles to borrow. The boss is kind and enthusiastic. The old man is very happy to have an elevator 😅

This B&B is very cozy. The owner, Mr. A, is very enthusiastic and willing to help. He also took the initiative to introduce us to the popular attractions in Chiang Mai and took us to the airport on our return trip. The most comfortable hotel to stay in on the fifth day in Thailand. Although it is a homestay, the conditions are better than 400-500 hotels.
