Very good location, quiet yet close to everything. Room are a bit outdated but for the price you can't complain.

The room was great for the cost. No complaints, very clean and spacious. The only slight problem was that if you needed help at reception rarely was there someone there to help. When they did come they were very helpful however.

The location by the river is great, easy to go out for dinner. The hotel look great, with a nice pool in the middle and a small gym. Room was really clean and great welcome and service from the staff. Stay 2 nights in August 2022 and will definitely come back there.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The water in the swimming pool is changed every day and the aunties clean it every morning. If I am really dissatisfied, the perfume the room is cleaned every day has a strong smell, and the waiters can only speak Thai and English.

The lady at the counter was the only one who made breakfast, so she had to arrange separate meal times, with 10 people in half an hour, so it was very inconvenient. The portions in the morning were also very small, and there was no choice. When the prescribed time came, this lady Still doing it slowly, we are waiting for him, not him waiting for you, the service is very poor!

The toilet is smelly. The room is very small and old, not newly opened. Prices are not cheap these days during the Chinese New Year. It is a 2-star hotel at most, but there is a short-haired female clerk who is quite nice.

When we checked out, there was a female staff member at the front desk. If we broke a glass, we were very sure it was not us, because we would check if there was anything left in the room before going out every day, so If a glass breaks on the ground, it's impossible not to notice it. The key point is that she insisted that her employees found it when they entered the room before cleaning it. She also asked me if I needed to see the surveillance camera. It was so ridiculous. Where did the surveillance camera come from in the room? It would be even scarier if there was. In short, because we were in a hurry, we didn’t continue to argue. In the end, I paid 250 baht as the staff asked. I paid this purely because I didn’t want to waste time arguing. I think the cleaning staff lied. If it was them They also need to compensate for the broken ones, but the responsibility is passed on to foreign tourists. Generally, foreign tourists will pay because they are too lazy to argue. This incident made me feel very angry and speechless. It is absolutely unreasonable to let the customer take the blame based on the staff's words without any evidence. I do not accept this approach. The other two male staff were really welcoming and helpful. It's just that my opinion of this hotel dropped a lot because I had to say that we broke the glass.

Overall everything is good. Next to the river, shops, restaurants, good service, but just in time for the Loy Krathong festival. The sound is a bit loud. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I will stay again.

The swimming pool only gets sun in the afternoon, but everything else is fine.
