The exterior and the lobby deceive you so much that when you get to the room you already feel disappointed. It was seeing the room, leaving our things and telling the girl if we could cancel a room since we were not happy and preferred to move somewhere else. He told us yes, without a problem since we had paid for the room immediately, a few seconds ago. It was not a booking reservation or anything like that. If you still need to book here because you are late or have no other option, always do it at the reception as it is cheaper. The photos of the rooms speak for themselves, the outlets are terrible, the bathtub got the entire floor wet every time you showered. Old common areas with a musty smell. As for breakfast, I don't know if it's better if I don't mention it... we had it included and it was in an area in front. I think it is a restaurant that offers breakfast for several hotels. The coffee is the worst I have ever eaten, the omelet they prepare for you is a toy and the variety of food is disastrous. The coffee is horrible, watered down and very bad tasting. I could not rate the service of the staff since we have not had service as such. You hand over the hotel paper as if you have breakfast included and that's it. They don't even come up to ask if you need anything. I DO NOT recommend the hotel until they renovate their rooms and interior areas, much less pay for breakfast (if it is not included in your option). A little disappointed....🫠
