The bathroom is quite old . Location in the heart of chiang mai

방음과 개미가 제일 문제에요.
방에 잠깐이라도 과일이던지 음료만 놔두도
오래된 목재가구에서 다 기어나온것 같아요.

Everything is good in terms of location and price.
Soundproofing and ants are the biggest problems.
Even if you only leave fruit or drinks in the room for a moment,
It looks like everything crawled out of old wooden furniture.

Terrible service, asking customers things they shouldn't ask, the hotel doesn't match the cover, booked 2 nights, wasted money for 1 night.

The worst experience in Thailand. I misplaced my key for a 600 bhat room. They immediately asked for my passport. Saying they forgot to register me with immigration. Once they had my passport they demand 1,500 bhat for lost key. Disgusting.

nice people, very kind and open to help you very clean place, and feel home easily I stayed here almost 3 months and they have at a moment a credit card problem machine  so they  allow me to pay 1 month later with no stress

I leave tomorrow,  it's been a nice stay. I wish I had found the place sooner. confusion on the Wi-Fi, they give you these little cards with log-in info, on the bottom it lists an hourly price, but what is not said is that this is for the monthly rentals. I spoke with them today and explained how confusing this is. so the Wi-Fi is free. anyway, it's a great location, clean place,friendly people. I hope to return in the future.

There is no worry about eating because the location is good. There is also a rental bike shop on the １ floor of the hotel, and the range of action will double when you rent a bike. ２ If you rent more than a day, you will also discount it. In addition, there is a coin laundry in the facility, and the land pattern (hot) which increases the dirt is very important. The guests were seen many long stays. Everyone was normal and did not stay like a brow. The guests were friendly. I recommend it.

Well, I left Chiang Mai. this hotel was better than the rest. very nice staff and guests. easy to strike up a conversation down in the coffee /smoking area with other long and short term travelers. 100% I'll stay again.
