The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The hotel on the main road Mahidol very convenient to go to downtown and many travel places in Chaing Mai.

Good service. We booked at 8 pm and checked in really late at 1 am, but there were a few staff to assist us at the lobby.
When we asked for some drinks at night, they still serviced us kindly. Really nice people.
I am not a fan of loft style, so I felt the room was not clean enough

The old room was dirty, there was a lot of dust and it hurt my nose and throat. The air conditioner is old and very noisy, couldn't sleep all night. The mattress collapsed into a puddle in the middle. Shower that was stretched out and broken. The TV has no signal. Overall, I feel very disappointed that the room is not cheap. 600+ per night and the condition of the room is not very good.
