I first day I had a very disappointed room smelly outside the machine is noise
But I request to change it on the second day it’s much better

The environment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The room is clean and sanitary. The toilet has good hot water. The bed is very comfortable. It is worth recommending

Great place, very very clean and quiet, hot water with good pressure, next to a conviinience store and several cafes, 5 mins walk from a park with free yoga classes and a thai boxing club. Totally recommended

A good location in the old town, 7-11 was just on the other side of the road, a lot of good restaurants were near too.
It gets a little noisy at nights with motobikes passing by and the bar nearby, people were playing darts and making noises until pretty late.
Air conditioner was a little weak, hot water comes slow and the water pressure wasn't consistent.
If you're just looking for a place to stay for the night with a good location and a low price, I would recommend this to you.

We had an amazing experience. The location is right in the middle of everywhere you'd wanna be, with almost everything in chiang mai being a quick 60 baht bolt away. The only issue we really had was the shower head having a low pressure, with it changing from high to low pressure throughout showering.

We are happy to stay in this hotel because its location and very helpful staff. They provided a lot of their own facilities (table, chairs, chop sticks, bowls, washing detergent) to us to use and help us whatever they can.
