We arrived early evening to no one on the reception, we found a lady asleep on the floor who finally found our booking. We had to retrieve our keys. The showers were filthy, questionable hair all over the sink & flooded water across the toilet floor with blood dripped down the sides. The mattress was like sleeping on an iron board, I am convinced it was made of hay. We requested some sort of mattress topper or quilt so that we could try & get some sleep. We were pointed to a dirty duvet to use as a topper. We had our own sleeping sheets as quilts & pillow sheets were both dirty. We also saw two people sleeping in reception during the night that were also travelling - all very odd. Hotel California style stay. Absolutely would not recommend.

+/ Les draps sont de bonne qualité et la salle de bain correcte, chambre vraiment sommaire mais c’est ce que l’on recherche pour 4€ la nuit. -/ Pas de personnel en cas de besoin, on communique sur un réseau social. Nous avons demandé sur la réseau social si nous pouvions arriver en avance. N’ayant pas dormi la nuit précédente, nous sommes arrivés à 10h (soit 4h avant l’heure de check-in, mais avec la faible activité, l’hostel était quasiment vide) nous avons attendu pendant 3h dans le lobby que la chambre soit prête, pour que 3h plus tard on découvre que la chambre en question était la porte en face de nous où aucun membre du personnel sur place n’est entré… cette gestion à distance laisse vraiment à désirer, même si bien entendu c’est certainement depuis le Covid.
