Brique Hotel Chiangmai Reviews

Big room, Big bed and has living room and working space. Even kitchen cabinet. Totally love the stay. Atmosphere is very good and swimming pool is very nice.Staffs are helpful.

I’d like recommend you to check the quality of hotel very 3-6 months. The hotel was dingy especially a corridor in hotel and common area. My room smelled musty from toilet, my mom can’t sleep well. The air conditioner was turned off every hour. i have to wake up in an hour to turn it on again and again. It’s horrible.

The hotel is nice, in the swimming pool you can see the lake, and the breakfast is delicious.

I have stay for a short trip due to business ,it really comfortable bed very good quality make me a deep sleep.

The Chiangmai Brique has a young, attentive staff who are always willing to help their guests. The room was very comfortable too. If you are interested in nature there is a lake at the back of the hotel with abundant wildlife. We have friends in Chiangmai and we will definitely be staying at the Brique on our next visit.

The hotel is in good location.(Near Big C and not too far from central festival.) Very nice staffs. Good breakfast. But some part of the room floor is breakdown.

My wife and I stayed here for over a month. The neighborhood is nice, a mix of expats and locals. Be prepared to walk a little, as (other than an absolutely awesome restaurant next door), most stuff such as 7-11s, shops, other places to eat are 5~10 minutes away. Download taxi apps like Maxim, Bolt etc and it is easy to get around. The pool was awesome - very quiet and relaxing. The room was almost more like a small apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel and nice service

The hotel service is poor. I arrived early and negotiated with the hotel to check in an hour earlier, but the hotel disagreed. But they said, "OK, if you pay +500 baht, you can check in. If you don't pay more, you can't stay and you have to wait until 14:00. I asked the hotel why, and the hotel told me that this is their rule. Then I want to ask, if you don't have a room and are disturbing me, I can understand. But if you don't give me a room if I check in earlier, you charge me. Then you ask us to check out at 12:00, but I check in at 2:00. If I check out at 12:00, do you have to pay me for two hours' money?" And the Ctrip customer service has a poor attitude. They don't think from the customer's perspective and educate me on the phone.

The hotel is located about 7 kilometers away from the city. The sanitation is average, and there are not many places to eat around. I don't recommend it as a tourist. If you have a car or want to be quiet, it is still OK here.

The room was nice. We needed to book another room for a temporary reason, but the price on the Ctrip platform was a bit expensive, so we had to get a room at the front desk, which was much cheaper. Thank you for the hotel's warm reception.

The accommodation is clean. The staff take good care of you, but it's a pity that during the festival there won't be enough parking. But overall, it's very good. The mattress is very soul-sucking.
