Great hotel for a great price. Clean rooms. Excellent beds. Super nice staff, very helpful. Ask every day what you did and how your day was. We looked for a hotel and were allowed to look into a room, no problem. We were just renovating and there was no breakfast for a while, but there was a bakery across the street.

This hotel is truly a rare gem in Chiang Mai. The location is strategic, you can do everything on foot. The room was clean, comfortable with everything I needed. The staff is smiling and goes out of their way to be helpful. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.
