I stayed here 6 years ago and again recently. It has maintained the same level of service and cleanliness. This is a great, quiet place to retreat to after exploring Chiang Mai.

I think the facilities are just as good as the price. I made a reservation because my child likes duplex structures, and he really likes it^^ I love that they take care to prepare breakfast in the morning^^ You should come here with emotion rather than facilities or convenience! I am completely satisfied ^^

This is a very good accommodation. If you don't want a grand 4 or 5 star hotel, you should book this accommodation quickly. First of all, the water is clean. I brought a shower filter from Korea and used it, and it was the cleanest I've seen in 3 days. The room is also clean. There are no bugs. I booked this place because they said the breakfast was delicious, but I couldn't eat breakfast because I was playing golf. (Breakfast hours 07:00 ~ 10:00) However, I came back to the accommodation after 11:00 after playing golf, and they prepared breakfast for me. I was really touched here. You can't get this kind of service at a big hotel. The accommodation has a sense of emotion, and it's fun to find elements that the owner has lovingly managed here and there. The owner is very kind. All the advantages of a small hotel are here. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I'll go there again.

The staff are all very nice. The living room downstairs is very cozy. The sister who makes breakfast has a sweet smile and is very well-behaved. The room we live in is a loft on the second floor. The upper floor is just the bedroom. The living room and bathroom are on the lower floor. It may be inconvenient to run up and down.

Breakfast is provided (American style, tuna sandwich, fruit salad, etc.), the portion is small but freshly prepared and delicious. There will also be a simple sandwich lunch on the day you go to Chiang Rai. The accommodation is very comfortable, has everything you need, and the staff is very nice. I would like to comment that the air conditioner in room 4 is a bit loud, maybe it needs to be repaired?

Very good, clean and hygienic. Delicious freshly squeezed juice was prepared as soon as we checked in. My favorability level is full. The guy and the girl at the front desk speak English very well, the service is good, and the breakfast is delicious😋 I left halfway to go somewhere else. When I came to pick up my luggage, the girl stood at the door to see me off. I was in a foreign country. I was very touched. !

This hotel is located in Chiang Mai's Old Town. The breakfast was really good and the hotel is so cute and pretty. The staff are so kind!

The hotel is away from the noisy area but within walking distance of both the Saturday and Sunday night markets. It is very quiet. The interior of this hotel is decorated in a relaxed atmosphere. The room is very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was homemade and very tasty, a fitting start to the morning! The Ceradon Ware store is a few minutes walk away. I will stay here again with my family next time.

The location and service here are unbeatable. Every thing you’d want to see in the old city is within walking distance. In the morning, they had a hot breakfast prepared for us, and even packed us one when we had to leave before they started serving breakfast. Another huge plus, is any events you have booked, such as elephant sanctuary, or cooking class, this stay is in a great where we would be picked us up right out front. I felt incredibly comfortable and at home here for my short stay. I would love to come back and definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Chiang Mai!

Fantastic 2 night stay @ ONCE (Upon a Time) Boutique Hotel. A last minute decision to visit Ching Mai. Fortunate to secure a room. Beautiful design, clean /quiet, comfortable rooms, and an overall peaceful zen-like vibe. Highly recommend.

This was the BEST start to my first solo trip around Asia. Communication was fantastic from the second I booked. They were able to organise transport for me from the airport. The hotel is superb, so we'll decorated and with little accents that add to its charm. I was greeted with an arrival drink and quickly shown to my room which was incredibly spacious with a well designed bathroom. I felt safe which was incredibly important to me. They where able to help with trips and where to go and how to get there. They even let me borrow a towel when I went to the waterfalls. Breakfast was made fresh each morning and was a delicious selection. If you are travelling a lone and want a few days of how comfort book here.

This hotel is so perfectly located in Chiang Mai! Right next to the park and an easy walk to shops and cafes. The staff here is absolutely incredible and they made my stay so magical! I stayed during the flower festival and it was such an amazing experience! The room is lovely and the service is top notch. The food is also amazing for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! All of my excursions for elephants and temples were able to pick me up at this location. Big shout out to the amazing staff at this hotel! Thank you for such an awesome stay!

Superb decor, fascinating bedroom loft. Staff were attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Only problem encountered was that sound came from other rooms and outside, generally quiet at night except once when loud arguments kept being heard in adjacent room.

…we stayed in a beautiful stylish little boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. Service, breakfast, location, decor and value for money are great. All major sites are in walking distance. I highly recommend the place to anyone coming to the old town of Chiang Mai!
