I travelled with my mum, and after informing her that she doesn't speak English, the hotel staff was extra caring and patient with her.
My mum loved to sit, watch the mountain view, and listen to the birds.

The hotel location is good, near to maya shopping centre and all eateries, think park, one nimman. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is helpful, just that you will heard aeroplane sound, but I'm OK with it and it does not affect my sleeping. Celebrates my anniversary here with families and hotel provide simple decoration, got connecting room as well.

Not a bad stay. Room is pretty big. On our second day, they lock us from entering room because problem with access card, had to go all the way down to lobby just to fix the card and go back up. Toilet abit weird layout on the shower part. Room floor abit slippery, but consider clean. Very near to Maya Mall and towards Nimam Road.

Great and affordable hotel. Didn’t try the swimming pool as the weather is a bit chill. The hotel also provides free bicycles which is convenient for us to cycling around the town.

Excellent stay in this cosy hotel with friendly staff.
Junior suite room size was fantastic with kitchenette.
Best part of this hotel is it does not keep deposits on check ins
Free tuk tuk from hotel to maya shopping mall.

We reached the hotel at 5am in the morning after a 14 hours train ride from Bangkok. We could check in early but we had to pay for 1000 Baht which was too much and was full price for a room. Hotel is spot on. Room is spacious, clean, very good air conditioning, shower was a little bit disappointing, toiletries, free bottles of water, no free toothbrush, clean towels as well as bathrobes. Big smart tv, mini bar, microwave were in the room. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice swimming pool and pool towels were provided. Overall good stay

Concerning the noise when people bang door , and also the plan fly over my head. Overall I accepted, I think the swimming just for kid or baby, the water level just on the knee. The location is good just walk down to maya mall for 5 mins.

This is my first time come to Chiangmai and I saw a lot of different comment about the hotel here however I booked Cmor Hotel since it has few poor comment and I rly love it the room is big and the hotel is also nearby the city center u can take a walk to most places in Chiangmai

The room is clean and spacious. The location is not far from nimman. But…
The furniture does not look very durable. We cannot close the bathroom door completely, The chairs are wobble etc. The room does not look 4-star.
The free tuk tuk service only send customers to the main road, still need to walk 3 minutes under sun :) sometimes, the tuk tuk service is not available in the hours as well.

This is my third time in this hotel. Totally, the hotel is very great in location, facility, f&b.
The room is very big and spaceful. I am very appreciate with the prices with 4 days 3 night. Room is very clean. The location is quite near Maya department. We can walk with good weather. My room can see the Suthep mountain view from my balcony. Bath tub is very good,but the shower room is too small. Anyway, totally is great.
