Baan Saen Fang Chiang Mai

Stayed for 3 nights. Except the air conditioning and the soundproofing were not good, everything else was good. It was not far to Thapae Gate and Warorot. Maybe the weather was too hot, so it was hard to walk.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Everything is good, except that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room this time. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. The main thing is that it is very quiet here, like a small peach garden in the world.

The location is the main advantage. It is right next to the beach. The hotel is in villa style. It is relatively quiet. The view from the swimming pool and restaurant is beautiful. But the only drawback is that the air conditioner is on the top of the head. The wind blows directly and the noise is very loud. We booked two rooms and both were like this. It affected our rest. The hotel will have a free songthaew to take guests to the pedestrian street in the afternoon. This is still good.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is on the road from Thapae Gate to Warorot, but not on the main road, so it is quiet in the bustling city. Turn left from the hotel and go out of the alley. There is a shop with the highest exchange rate in Chiang Mai opposite. Turn right and walk to Thapae Gate for 8 minutes. You will pass 711 on the way. Go out of the hotel and turn right at the alley entrance. Turn right and walk to Warorot Market for 5 minutes. The famous dinosaur dough sticks are there. There is a night market at night, and there is a street full of nail art, which is super cheap! Turn left for 5 minutes and you will reach the straw weaving street. There are many restaurants and it is very convenient to check in.

This hotel has very few rooms. We booked a two-bedroom villa, which is actually room 101 + 102, sharing a restaurant and a small balcony. It is a single-family wooden structure suitable for a family of four. It is beautiful and quiet, with a quiet environment, high cost performance, good privacy, and stable Wi-Fi. The staff is kind and friendly and speaks fluent English. The landscape swimming pool is almost exclusive, with pigeons flying over to drink water, and squirrels on the trees in the yard. People and nature are in harmony. The location of the hotel is also very good, near the Tha Pae Gate of the ancient city of Chiang Mai, quiet in the bustling, and convenient for shopping and going to attractions. The Western breakfast is a bit simple, with bread slices, chicken sausages, fried eggs, vegetable salads, fruits, orange juice and coffee, etc., which will be delivered to the room at the time scheduled by the guests. Cleaning the room is a bit slow, but it has no effect on us. I only stayed for 3 nights, it was comfortable and pleasant, and I spent a Chinese New Year in Chiang Mai. The rooms were fully booked during my stay, but I didn't see other guests. I like it very much and it is very memorable. I can't think of any shortcomings. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I should choose this hotel again.

The environment is pretty good, but there is a big problem. Our room has no air conditioning, only a squeaking fan! The temperature outside is more comfortable than the room at night. And there is no screen in the room, so I dare not open the window or door for ventilation. In addition, the downlight above the room suddenly went out before going to bed, and there was no unified switch to turn off the lights. I didn't notice it at all, and the light suddenly came on again in the middle of the night, which was a bit scary...

The children were very happy and said they liked this house. The outdoor balcony was spacious and the yard was quiet. They enjoyed it very much. The pigeons came to the swimming pool to drink water and the children were very excited to play with the small animals. The nearby shopping street was also close. The children said they wanted to come to this hotel again next time.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed in Chiang Mai for half a month~ I love this one~ My room has double balconies in front and back, it's so comfortable There are only 5 rooms in the yard, and the swimming pool is basically private

The accommodation was really nice. I liked that I could use it alone. It was nice that it was private and it was close to Thapae Gate.
